Welcome to the Helping Hands, TP's help board! We want Timeless Planet to be as fun and safe as we can make it, so if you've run into any kind of problem on the site, don't be afraid to speak up! To help you out, here's a few things to remember when posting a problem or question:
Is it a purely personal or actual site problem? If it's harrassment or some sort of rule-breaking, by all means report it. If it's just a disagreement between members, try to sort it out in a friendly manner between yourselves first; If you feel you really need administrator intervention, this is best reported via PM to a G-Mod or Admin, not made public. If the Admins feel it's a site issue, they'll discuss it with you first, then post about it publicly.
Has anyone else had the same problem? Before you make a post, scan through the last couple pages and make sure no one else has had the same problem or question and already posted about it. It may be that you'll find your answer in an already-existing thread, or be able to bump up the thread with your own concerns and so bring it back to the staffers' attentions again. If nothing similar has been recently reported, go ahead and make a new thread for it, and we'll address it as soon as we can.
And that's about it! If you've any questions, just ask! If multiple questions and problems start cropping up a lot, we may consider adding an FAQ thread. Remember - we're all family here, and we want to do what all we can to help you out, so don't be afraid to ask questions. Hint - that's why we made this board in the first place: If we didn't want questions, we wouldn't have made it, right? ~_^
